【烹饪小贴士】先将蚝油爆香,这样炒起来的菜肴才会比较有鲜味和香味。

Step 1
猪梅肉顺纹切片,腌制1小时。Cut lean meat into slices, cross cut its surface and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
将西兰花切朵,浸水小时,再以沸水川烫,沥干备用。Cut broccoli into florets and then soak in water for hour before blanch it in boiling water; drain.
Step 3
烧热1汤匙油,爆香蒜头和蚝油,再加入姜片和红辣椒,然后加入腰肉片炒熟。Heat up 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute garlic and oyster sauce until fragrant; and then add in ginger and red chilli, follow with pig kidney, stir-fry until cooked.
Step 4
再加入其余材料和调味料炒匀。勾芡后,盛起即可享用。Toss in all other ingredients and seasoning; thicken with starch and dish out.
